3. Subscription and Payments

  • Access to our platform requires a valid subscription plan.

  • You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
  • We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our platform.
  • You grant us a license to process, store, and analyze your data to provide our services.

  • We are not liable for any errors in VAT calculations resulting from incorrect input data.

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable VAT laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You must maintain backup copies of important data and cannot rely solely on our platform for data storage.
  • You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
